In what quantity is fabric sold? TOP
Fabric and trim are sold by the yard, so a quantity of "1" would mean one yard. There are a few exceptions to this among some of the imported fabric that is sold by the half yard, but the item descriptions for these fabrics clearly state that that fabric will be sold by the half yard. Can I buy less than a yard of fabric? TOP
At this time, except for a few fabrics that are clearly labeled as being sold by the half yard, we do not sell fabrics in increments smaller than 1 yard. Instead, we try to keep our prices on yardage affordable for you. However, if you are interested in smaller pieces of fabric, please visit our outlet store (linked on your left) where we have remnants, bonanza boxes, and more! The fabric I love is out of stock. Will you be getting it back in? TOP
Our fabrics tend to sell out fast. We try to reorder popular fabrics to the greatest extent possible, but some of the fabrics are non-reorderable. If you are interested in a particular fabric that is out of stock, feel free to e-mail us and ask about it--we'll tell you if & when it will be back in stock. I don't feel comfortable paying online. Is there some other way I can pay? TOP
Absolutely--you can pay by credit card over the telephone, check or money order. For checks or money orders, simply call us or e-mail us with your order (including exact item names and quantities, and the shipping address). We will confirm the availability of your order, and give you information about sending us the check or money order. Once we receive your payment (and in the case of checks, have had the check clear), we will send your order right out. For credit charges made over the phone, we will confirm availability at the time of your phone call, before we charge your card.
Can I use coupon codes with other coupon codes or on sale items? TOP
Our cart only accepts one coupon code per order. However, you can use coupon codes on sale items that have already been discounted in the store. Do you sell your fabric wholesale? TOP
Not at this time. However we are considering implementing a quantity discount system in the near future to reward some of our customers who buy in bulk from us. Fabric Fairy, are you really a fairy? TOP
I'll leave that up to your imagination...but I do love to bring joy into people's lives by sharing my love and knowledge of fabric, and helping them find exactly what they've been looking for! Will you combine shipping on multiple purchases? TOP
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases made by the same customer within a 24 hour period (please let us know in the notes section of your order that you have made more than one purchase during this time and would like us to combine shipping). It is not feasible for us to combine shipping on purchases made over a longer time period, since we ususally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Will you hold my fabric for me? TOP
If requested, we can hold fabric to accomodate life events (moves, trips, illness, etc.) once it has been paid for and packaged. However, we cannot hold packages for the purpose of combining shipping over a period longer than 24 hours, as having open order fulfillment for lengthy periods of time significantly increases the chances of mistakes and confusion.
I submitted my coupon code at checkout, and it doesn't seem to be working? TOP
Coupon codes should be entered in the box entitled "Enter Discount Code Here" on the left side of the web site, in between the menus. This should be done prior to placing items in your cart and prior to checkout, not in the coupon codes box at checkout. Also, all coupon codes are written as one word without spaces, even if it consists of more than one word.
