This is my first time buy from Fabric Fairy...WOW the fabric is brilliant! The shipping not so much....over £100 to ship to the UK! (I did buy 14 yds) But I am delighted with the fabric, its not been drying weather here so I'm getting it done in stages and cannot wait to start sewing :) Shipping was really quick too, a day early, think it was 3 or 4 days from purchase to receiving my parcel in the UK....thank you. I look forward to buying more :)

Color is Deceiving
I ordered this court purple to make some culottes for myself. From the above picture on the website the color looks more like a navy blue, so I paired it up with a navy. When I actually received my order in the mail it is nothing like navy at all. It is a very light purple. I have included a picture of the material I received. The middle one is actually the court purple, nothing like the photo online. I am writing the review so someone else won't make the same mistake I did and be deceived by the photo on the website. I contacted customer service to make them aware and see if I could get customer satisfaction and resolve the situation, but I was told that I should have ordered a swatch. That sounds good to them, but they don't have to pay for the extra shipping costs when ordering all the swatches to match up colors, when you should be able to go by the photos they have posted online. I am not very happy with my purchase and will definitely not recommend them at all for the customer service. Their website quotes "We want you to be not just satisfied, but absolutely thrilled with your shopping experience! " I am not satisfied at all.

Samantha...I am sorry that you were not happy with our customer service on this occasion. We are still in contact via email and phone about this order and hadn't fully finished the resolution so I do hope that once we resolve your order issue you are more positive about your experience. We do our best to accurately portray color online but we are not perfect and every screen shows color different. We always recommend our customers purchase swatches if they need color to be very specific. ~Meg

Perfect working summer tank fabric
My favorite of the quick dry fabrics so far. Makes a quick drying tank for working in the heat and humidity. This is the fabric I want more of.
